We want to take a moment to update you on the status of your Springtime Swag orders. First, we truly appreciate your patience as we’ve worked through some unexpected production challenges.

Due to recent changes in EPA guidelines, our chemical manufacturers had to adjust the formula used in our pre-treatment products—the key ingredient that helps ink bond to fabric during the decoration process. While we’ve been able to fine-tune our methods for most products, decorating 100% polyester items (such as Dri-Fit shirts) has proven trickier. Depending on how these garments are made, some inks either won’t bond properly or may experience vibrancy issues and unexpected color shifts.

To ensure we maintain the quality standards you expect, Cat and I tested over 40 different combinations of pre-treatment methods, ink application techniques, color adjustments, and heat curing settings. Unfortunately, none of those options met our high expectations. As a result, we’ve had to modify our process for decorating polyester shirts, which has delayed production and shipping.

Our top priority is delivering the best possible product, even if it takes a bit more time. We truly believe the improvements we’ve made will be worth the wait.

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and want you to know that we’re working with a full staff through the weekend to process and ship all orders with plenty of time before next weekend’s big event.
